This is a simple css code you can change opacity onmouseover and onmouseout. Its is very simple put this code and try it.

Code

<img src=”path of image” width=”_” height=”_” style=”opacity:0.8; filter:alpha(opacity=80); float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;”
onmouseover=”this.style.opacity=1;this.filters.alpha.opacity=100″
onmouseout=”this.style.opacity=0.8;this.filters.alpha.opacity=80″ />
